Jeremy, who has given me permission to use his first name here on the site, would like to send a "Hello!" and a "thank you" to all the members of PTO. Also, a compliment to "the guy" who started the site. I guess that's for you, David. :)
He wants you all to hear once more how important contact with the outside is to those who are incarcerated. He was furious at the narrow-minded remarks made in the Ann Landers column. It makes him think even more how much criticism he can look forward to upon release. And while he admits there are plenty of "messed up" people in there with him, he wants to reassure us that most men are NOT trying to prey on women to get what they want out of them.
Jeremy thanks you all for making so much information and support available to people who may have thought they were alone in this.
I haven't done the most eloquent job paraphrasing his letter, but I know you guys don't really mind about that!! :)
So, like Jeremy would say, may this find you all in the best of health and spirits!!
From inside, Jeremy

To Jeremy:
Thanks for all the thanks.... but really we are all just struggling and looking for support.... your woman has offered just as much as any one of us.... :)
Thanks right back to you for writing to the PTO group... sometimes it really really helps to get perspective from someone other than the one WE love who faces this situation from the inside....
Here's hoping that you are doing well and will come join our lil' online group one day soon...
Peace.......

Thanks for the words Jeremy. It was my pleasure and now I can't express how proud I am that this place has grown like it has. (I don't have kids but this is, in a way, a child of mine, which everyone enjoys and benefits from - which is like a light to me)

Well all I can say is, it he keeps on the way he is, he'll end up with a whole big bag full of marbles. I bet by the time he gets around this block, he'll still have some lunch money left too.

Just a couple of OLD say'n, when someone is getting things together. :-)
