Ok..... my boyfriend is being held in a PA county jail right noe and is waiting to be extradited back to ct where his warrent is from.. can someone please let me know the time limit a state has to pick up an extradite case.. please... i heard it was 30 days and after 30 days they have to relaease the prisoner.. if anyone can help or know whwre i can get some information please let me know

I am 99.9 % sure if they don't come get you in 30 days and your only being held on that states warrant they have to release you. In my experience, it almost NEVER happens as transport is privatized and happens withon a week or so.
