This morning I called the prison to find out the status of their lockdown. I was informed that the lockdown is a "moderate" lockdown as they are conducting TB tests with the inmates. There was no date communicated back to me however, that mentioned when it would be lifted.

Just passing this along to all those concerned.

The Lockdown Hotline was even updated I just called and probably going to be heading down there tomorrow.

The CTF visiting line was updated yesterday as follows:

North: no visits for whites or northeners
Central: no visits for anyone on C-wing
South: normal visiting for everyone

i got a phone call from my man and he is in north he called yesterday and last night he should be calling me today

I heard from mine too, he called Saturday and Sunday, and I was glad he could get to the phone.

Just a little update I went to visit my man this weekend and I was being nosey trying to see if he knew anything so I could tell you ladies. He said that so much has been going on and the lockdown probably wont be done with for a long while. And when we were on the bus getting dropped off at the visiting room the yard was down everyone was on the ground. I asked to see if he knew anything and he said it happened after he came in the visiting room. Well I hope soon you ladies will be able to visit my baby comes home in a little over two weeks and we are done with the prison.

I was on the phone with my man when the yard went down they did not turn off the phones and he was telling me that there was a fight against the same race. but it was all loud and then it was quite and then baby was coughing because they sprayed that stuff.. but as far as i know baby is on normal program because i got a phone call from him today. I am almost done with this ride we only have 16 days and a wake up then I am picking up baby.

I am trilled I am so nervous I still have so much to do. Umm is it true that there is a form that you have to fill out inorder to pick him up? I was told that and I wanted to know if it was true. I taught we just went there and said that we are picking him up and wait for him to come out.

please dont scare me i was told that you have to go up to the visiting room and let them know you are about to pick up your lved one. dang girl i am so happy for you i am almost there i have alot of things to do before baby comes home and everytime i thnk about it i get scared and happy at the same time i get to kiss him when i want to and then i get to hug him when i want to and most of all i can tell him i love him when ever i want to and its not when the guard lets him use the phone... good luck on your man comming home i am just around the corner....

I am scared cause I only have a few days and with trying to get an apartment in the few days I am getting worried that I wont be able to get him if I have to have a form.

I don't think so, as I recall...he walked out of that gate and I could have died (smile). We had to go to see his parole officer the next day and there was a set appointment, he had that paperwork on him. It was pathetic, with his box of stuff, etc. - but we got over it real quick. But I can tell you it was the biggest smile I ever saw on his face on that day.
