My sweetie is at Parchman (32-B) and he says there is talk that contact visits for him may be reinstated, but that he can only visit with immediate family. If this is true, why?? :confused: I really don't understand.

There are NO contac visits in Unit 32 period. This is a rumor.

Once he gets out of 32, he is eligible for Family House visits, where family can visit for up to a week. Girlfriends are not allowed, because they want no possibility of conjugal visits unless you are married.

You have to be in parchman for a full year before your eligible for "house weekend visits" it used to be after 6 mnths but they've changed the rules again.

whta about "fiances" Do they get contact visit in unit 29?

In 29 if he is A or B custody he will have contact visits
