My fiancee is in the Mississippi state penitentiary. Do you know of any one that could possibly know anything about how "the system" works here in Mississippi on parole? Please help if you can. My fiancee has already been approved to be paroled on 12/12/07, The house was approved about 5 days later. But he's still incarcerated.Also no one has even given him a date as to when he might be released. Thanks

He should have gotten a letter regarding the Parole Decision - his date would have been on this letter.

He's gotten such a letter and the date on it was 12/12/07. I've personally spoken with Ms. Shannon Warnock on the parole board. She's trying to help me out. But it seems "the holidays" are holding everything up.
