Dont know where to stay but have a question for you. How are the visits in Eastern. I heard you can visit seven days a week.

The Colonial isn't bad. You'r going to be in Ulster County, and next to incarceration the big industry is tourism, so your options are just about endless- shoot, I wish I had a bigger plac, you could stay with me! I'm like 10 miles from there. A quick web search will lead you to about a gazzilion options nearby of all sorts- PM me if you want any native knowledge, although I've nevr visited anyone in there I do know the area-

your best bet is to go into kingston you might find something better there.

there are sevral big chains around the Thruway, but I think for that $$$ you culd find you a B&B and be REALLY pampered...the little indie joints aren't necessarily terrible.

eastermax is pretty cool after the c/os knoew ya, some are jerk offs. but for the most part good when they get to know you. i go in the middle of the week. very layed back. but the vendiding machaines stink

I went to visit my sweatheart this sunday and one of the CO did give me a hard time because of my shirt and your right the vending machines do stink but I had a wonderful visit. I spent the whole visit in his arms. Oh something new for me they allowed him to walk around and he follow me to the vending machines, I was able to give him a nice hug. Im going to try visiting him during the week aswell. You guys are still in my prayers.
