Can you use Western Union there? If not you may have to get a money order. I know they don't accept cash or checks. Good luck

IF i send money order, will he get 100% full amount that I send to him?

Have you tried a pre paid visa or asking a relative to make the payment in exchange for your cash? Money orders are considered same as cash.

Yes they will take the money. 55% is the cut. The best way to ensure your loved one gets what it is he wants is to purchase a package and send it to him. As long as he is eligible for package, and the weight limit is 40 pounds and there are several websites which will assist with making sure that your package arrives in the hands of your loved one.

I thought they only take money away if they owe for restitution. My boyfriends Mom sends him money every year for his birthday and they do not take 55%. He gets the entire amount.

I guess that may be correct. However it would be lousy to find out after the fact that the money was taken. If you know the status of the case, regarding restitution, then you can make an informed decision. :)

I just know that he owes restitution 55%, but I don't understand 55% for what?! 55% means how much? Does he need to pay back in a limited time?
