I keep hearing people with drug and alcohol problems need a place to go when released. My city approved me for 13 women. I have contacted judges, DAs and the doc. Nobody seems interested. The system sucks. I have 18 years clean and sober and wish I could help people coming out of DOC find what I found in 12 step program. I am not asking for any money. I can start it with my money. I just don't understand it.
