Hey ladies! Well, Bobby self surrendered on Mon after flunking another UA. Soooooo, he will back in with the BOP soon, he is at county now. I'm thinking one more year. So here I am back at the Fed section. We have decided to move once he gets out and make a fresh start of it.

He has about a year and a half left on his probation, what do you think? Will he just have to serrve that time in prison or will they tack some on? What is the usual in these cases.

If he was revoked and no new charges brought against him; he should just serve out his time and then come home.

Hopefully he will only have to serve his time and b done with it!!!!! Best wishes to u.

His hearig ad sentencing is Friday morning, 6 months to 2 yrs is his range

Dana, here is hoping for the best. Pray hard that he gets the minimum.

I'm praying, I'm hoping they require him to do the 500 hr drug treatment, he couldn't last time at leavenworth, it was max and something about his points. So hopefully whatever it is is cleared up and he can do this.

We want him to come home clean, if possible. I am going to see him tonight. I'll let ya'll know tomorrow as soon as I hear something, I can't take off for the court date but the attorney always calls me, he has the same PD and we like him.
