My boyfriend was arrested on the 8th of October. He had a warrant for his arrest out of the state of Nevada. He signed his papers for extridition today, the 23rd of October. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long Nevada has to come and get him? Also since this is a violation for absconding (spelling?) from parole... will he have to go back to prison and finish his sentence? Thank you for time to read this... I'm just very confused and have never gone through any of this before!

They have 30 days to come get him, and yes he'll probably get put back in prison to serve more time. He'll probably do the time in a more secure facility, too, because absconding is sometimes considered like escape.

Most of the time they will have them top thier time. In some states they are takeing away thier street time and makeing them start all over again... Good luck
