does anyone have an actual arkansas prison policy and procedure for visitation? this prison system changes who is and who isn't elligible to visit like the weather changes in arkansas! help me if you can. thanks!

have you gone to the ADC website yet www.state.ar.us/doc ? They have an online guide called how the family can help under the heading constituant services. This guide explains thier policies on visitation and most of the other prison policies,etc. That is the best place tp start! :)

I'm sure visitation polies, like every-freaking-thing-else, like what you can get i the mail, varies BY PRISON. You need to call the "visitation clerk" at the prison u plan on going to. That website honey_bee gave you has a link on it for "facilities" and you choose the prison you want info on and you'll see the phone number. DON'T call constituent services - they just want to send u the book honey-Bee talks about (and you can download it yourself from the website).

thanks for the reply, your exactly right! you get one answer form this one, one answer from that one... the website has all these "nice words" on it but then you tell the visitation people it says this or that and they just wind up saying,,,i don't know...A-mazing
