Hi Kalinka, the answer to both is yes. Holiday packages must be ordered by phone or online by the 28th. It is past due date for mail orders.

"Kalinda".. One thing we "heard" a long time ago is that they can only receive so many magazines a day. That seems crazy because we have no control over when they arrive. We personally have never had that problem because we have not sent that many magazines. I want to say maybe the limit was 6 in one day they can receive. ALSO... BE VERY CAREFUL because sometimes you are not allowed to put ALL of the address for them on a subscription done online ( not enough lines). I ran into this once and called the company and explained that it is going to a prison and the address MUST be EXACT!! Meaning their prison number, building number and etc. Maybe the website would not accept her prison number. That could have been the problem but anyway the customer service really assisted me on that one.
