hey everyone, well my boyfriend was detained for speeding charges... but he was an illegal resident in the US. yes its wrong, im not going to deny it.

but the point is that i love him.... and well he was in an arkansas detention center (washington county) and i have been writing him... but now that immigration services took over his case.. they transfered him.. and nobody can tell us where...

not even his lawyer.. i dont understand why.. i have called the jail asking for information and they say they dont even have a record of him being there im so confused i dont know whats going on...

im pretty sure he will write and say hes ok but that can take soooo long.. and i would like to write to him and just know where he is!!!!

can anyone advise me as to where i can find information or who i can call in order to get information about an immigration detainee....


im sure you guys will understand how hearbreaking it is to know someone you love is locked up in jail, and on top of that not knowing where he is!!!.... it going crazy...

so any information would be greatly appreciated.....

I personally do not know what to tell you BUT his Lawyer should have some knowledge of where they took him I would think.And if he was booked in the county jail they should have record somewhere........I can only imagine the feelings you have, not know where or how he is.
