hi. im new here... i was just wondering if there are any restrictions on perfume and kisses in letters..

also my boyfriend said he has sent me three letters :p ... none of which i have recieved:angry: ... what can i do about this.. he has been in the arkansas DOC of washington county for almost a month and a half :( ....

i have sent him letters but dont know if he has gotten them

oh and also does it matter if im not in the Us? i live in mexico.
