Hello everyone my name is Jessica and I am new to this forum. My boyfriend Matt is at Texarkana RPF and has been since April. His original date of release is 3/20/07. His facility sent a letter out to the judge saying that he has completed the program and is in good standing with them. It is now up to Mr. Finch to let him out or not. Does anyone know if the chances are good for early release from there? I hate the waiting I would just rather know instead of having to wait for it.
