Hello! My boyfriend was just transferred to Donaldson on Thursday. He says he hates it already. He was in Kilby for about 5 months and they just moved him. I'm not hearing good things about this place but I know through prayer and faith he can endure. What can I send him? And how long does it take for him to get sent up for everything? HAs anyone tried the online Western Union thing for this place? I can't figure out how to use it? I don't know anything and he hasn't called but I did get a letter on yesterday and he was not sounding good.

I have a penpal there, and from what he's told me it's not the worst place. Apparently breakfast is served at 2 AM, which I thought was very strange, but maybe all prisons do that.
I don't know much about what to send, I'm wondering the same thing. But I do know that you can't send polaroids, but that's pretty common.
