STRIVE-Support and Training Result In Valuable Employees

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this program. They originally started in New York, but now have some locations all over the east coast. The one I'm looking at for my friend is in Boston. It is a program that trains ex-felons for 4-5 weeks. It seems very intense but they say they have good results with getting people jobs who complete the program.
