HELP HELP HELP !!! MY SON IS IN FRANK LEE BUT IS GOING TO CLASSES AT DRAPER. A TEACHER THERE QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT WEARING A WIRE MADE HIM SHOW HE WASN'T WIRED AND THEN GRABBED HIS BUTT AND ATTEMPTED TO GET HIS PANTS OFF BY GRABBING HIM DOWN THERE MY SON GOT AWAY FROM HIM BUT IS VERY AFRAID AND CONFUSED HE'S SO YOUNG(19) AND HAS NEVER BEEN THROUGH ANYTHING LIKE THIS. I CALLED THE PRISON AND SPOKE TO A LT. HE IS GOING TO KEEP MY SON OUT OF CLASSES TOMORROW AND FILE A COMPLAINT. WHAT SHOULD I DO? sHOULD I SPEAK TO AN ATTORNEY?IF SO WHO?

I would consult with an attorney....you did the right thing by calling and speaking to a lt...

Corrections department has an office I think is called I & I, ADOC office of Investigations and Intelligence. I don't know how to contact them but I'm sure they have a number that you might be able to call and make sure this is investigated. You may be able to get the number from Brian Corbett by e-mailing him or by calling the facility your son is in and asking for the number to speak to them personally for your son. Maybe someone will come along with the number. Let us know how things go, no one should be treating our loved ones like that and working for ADOC.
