Do inmates housed at MSP be allowed to use computers with internet access? I was wondering because a inmate I know housed there said that the inmates at MSP are allowed to use computers with internet access. :)

Unless they resently crawled out of the stone age they are not allowed internet access. It is very doubtful they ever will be either. The chances of the state paying for it are slim to none, not to mention the possible trouble they could get into online.

The only inmates I know with ONLY email access are Fed. inmates and I am not sure MS Fed. inmates have that access. They do in FL and it is very nice. I email a friend there.
