My fiance is incarated in California. When he is released he wants to move to Phoenix with me. He states that he will be placed on High risk parole and I need information on how to transfer him here.

if you were to get married while hes in, then it would help transfer his parole out here, but each xase is specific? my best friend is also incarcerated in ca. (santa ana jail currently, for fed holding) and he is also trying to be released to az. good luck
