Aloha...I am new to this site...I have a friend who was previously at MCCC on Maui and has just been moved to the Federal Detention Center on Oahu...Does anyone know the policies on sending mail to this facility? He will be there for only about 3 months, but I would still like to be able to keep in contact with him...While he was on Maui he was on the workline, and was able to work at my agency doing different jobs here and that's how I got to know him...Anyhow I appreciate any advice!
