I am very new to this, but can anyone out there please answer this question for me. My husbands parole elgibility date was July 19, 2002. He is considered a class 1 low risk inmate. Does anyone know anything regarding the Texas parole process. He is in on a 2yr sentence- and was just sent in April 2002. Does anyone know the next step in the parole process after the elgibility date has passed? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

There are so many possibilities with regard to parole in Texas. There is a site that is hosted by a parole specialist attorney out of San Antonio on Yahoo Groups.
