I tried to get my siggy to work, but after like 10 minutes it turns into a red X. Any help to get it to stay?? I really love it! Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

I was trying to use the one that was kinda like the license plate, black and red with Louie and Heather in it....I cant get it to work!
