Can anyone tell me what would be the best route to go with phone service? My sister is in Tutwiler Prison for women and I read a post about this on some gtl website and was wondering could I use it at Tutwiler and is it any cheaper than her just calling me collect? The service provider for collect calls in alabama is Globel tel link. All calls from inmates in Alabama are collect. You can set up a prepaid account with them. Globel tel link usually bills thru your phone company and the rate would be the same if you set up a prepaid account with them.
