I really want to get my first pc. It's just for some surfing/email/games. I searched a lot this weekend online, and found there are two that seems good
(Links/websites removed per PTO Policy)
I don't know which is great and if it is worthy.
Any suggestions about them? Or some other good options?

I bought the PC I am using right now from a pawn shop. huge memory, dvd burner, cd burner, monitor and keyboard/mouse (wireless).
Came home removed all of the previous owners software and its been working great for almost 3 years...paid less than 300 for it if I remember correctly.

I see you're in the NY area. Best I can suggest is either Craigslist, or Ebay. When U log on, hit "advance search," then enter any of these keyword: PC, desktop PC, NIB desktop, etc... any term you can think up to describe a personal desktop computer. Some listing will come up under certain specific terms only. Before you click search, scroll down to "Items near me" and enter your zip code, specify "items within 10 miles" and green-check the box, scroll down to the bottom and "Sort by --Time:ending soonest" then click search to bring up people offering to sell a PC inside of a 10-mile radius within you. If the seller is less than 5 miles, it will say so, and it may also mean the seller is in the same city as you. To save on S/H, ask the seller "Local pickup OK? if privacy is issue, we can meet at nearest McDonalds (or any common restaurant, coffee house, donut place, etc...) in YOUR area." If seller says "As is" or "I have no way of testing this"--- this can also mean "I found this in a garbage dumpster nearby" so pass on listings that stipulate "as is" or "...no way of testing..." This is how people can LEGALLY get burned/cheated on Ebay; and if you post "negative feedback," ebay will remove/delete your neg-feedback because it clearly said "as is" or "...no way of testing this." On Craigslist.org, you bring up your state and city, then enter PC, desktop, computer, etc... on "search," and go over to seller to look at item for sale. Look at the free publications in your supermarket, retail stores, laundrymat, etc... that are full of classified listings, and you'll find they often have a website. This is another source for local items "For Sale" in your area.

I have helped friends get inexpensive NEW computers.
If you are willing to wait a little, you should be able to buy a decent laptop for $400. I just saw a new desktop for $250.
If this in your price range, I'd be glad to keep an eye out for one of these deals. PM me if you'd like
