My man was charged with delivery of a controled substance and plead guilty to it..and got 8 years. I know in arkansas if you are convicted of like manufacturing meth then you aren't eligible for any early kickouts. But does anybody know if this law applies to just delivery of meth? When he plead guilty, the only thing they said and the only thing written in his paper work was delivery of a controlled substance..nothing specially about meth even.

As long as he is not under a 70% meth charge he would be elegible for the EPA.
