I heard back about one of his appeals. The judge has called for an evidentiary hearing! He could have denied the appeal altogether. So we are extremely hopeful! All he wants is to just come home to me. No court date set yet, they are waiting for a good day on the docket calander.

I hope and pray everything goes right, yes the fact that he did not deny the appeal is good news within its self. :)

he had his hearing. Now we await the verdict. i am assuming it will be well after the holiday weekend. pacer is already updated with the minutes, but it says judgement is not made yet. this could sound cliche, but i just truly truly feel he is coming home to me...its like i wont accept it any other way.
