I'm hoping someone can give me some up to date info here. I plan to visit the US soon and I can do so with no visa for 3 months. After 3 months I must return home according to everything I have read. So what happens if I get married during that 3 months? Can I stay longer? No one I talk to or web site seems to be able to answer this so I would appreciate any info here.
Thanks in advance

It would seem to me that there is information about this somewhere on PTO - I would even think that it is in this very Forum - Immigration and Travel Issues. Look around some of the threads here and see.
If I remember correctly getting married in that three months may not help you to stay. I think that there is a visa that is specific for the intent to get married? Or that you must inform immigration officials of your intent?
I am going to say - if it were that easy 1000's would be doing that every day.
I don't think that your search should be based on 'what happens IF I marry while I am here' but rather 'how do I immigrate to the US with the intent to marry'. (If that is your intent)

If you want to stay once you are married you have to apply for a fiancee visa before entering the country, this takes around 6 months to obtain. You will not be allowed to stay any longer than your visitor's visa permits just because you got married while you were there. If you need more info PM me I'm in the process of submitting my immigration paperwork and might be able to give you some pointers.
