Hi group, got a questions about the 70% law. My brother is incarcerated for 15 years under the 70% law, convicted on drug (meth) felonies. He recently heard about a guy who was sentenced onder 70% as he was, but somehow was able to later get the %70 removed of his sentence.

Does anyone know who I might contact to check into this. If I knew the inmates name I would just write him myself. If anyone has any information or suggestions on who to contact, I would appreciate yoru help.
