WELL, I THINK ALOT OF YOU KNOW THAT BUTCH WAS WRITTEN UP FOR EXERCISING. THIS WAS ON TUESDAY OF THIS WEEK. HE HAS BEEN WAITING AROUND TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN AND STILL NOTHING. WE THINK THEY THREW THE WRITE UP DOWN THE TOLIET.

I WAS HOPING THEY WOULD NOT REALLY TRY THIS ONE, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW ABOUT THE DOC. NOW HE NEEDS TO SEE THE DOCTOR SO HE CAN FIND OUT IF IT IS OKAY TO EXERCISE BEFORE HE TRIES AGAIN. STUPID HUH?

I SENT IN ONE OTHER LETTER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD GIVE IT TO HIM AND THEY FINALLY DID. THEY ARE STILL HOLDING MY OTHER LETTER THAT HAD THE NUMBER IN IT THAT THEY WERE SO CONCERNED ABOUT. WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO MAKE OF IT.

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR CARING ABOUT BUTCH. HOPEFULLY HE WILL GET THE CHANCE TO COME HOME SOON AND HE CAN COME TO THE NATIONAL MEETING IN TEXAS. THAT WOULD BE A DREAM COME TRUE. IF MY LATEST DREAMS ARE ANY INDICATION OF WHAT'S TO COME THEN I WILL BE IN HEAVEN SOON.

Hey, Muffin, thanks for the update. I'm going to send an encouragement and support letter to him this week. Wow...if we could all have our loved ones at the PTO get together that would be the best...I'll be happy for anyone of us who could get that wish!!

I sure hope they don't screw with him anymore. A write up for exercizing sounds a little petty to me. Thanks for the up date. I wrote him a letter last week & gave it to my sister to mail with some others that I wrote. Well, I went & got in her car today & saw Butch's letter sitting on the floor of her car. Needless to say I was a little pissed off. So I mailed it today & he should get it next week.--------Ken

AS FAR AS THE DOC NOT SCREWING WITH HIM, I SURE HOPE AND PRAY THEY WILL FORGET ALL OF THIS FOR A WHILE. RIGHT NOW I AM LAYING LOW AND NOT SENDING HIM ANYTHING, SO MAYBE THEY WILL FORGET ABOUT ME FOR A WHILE.

Thanks for the update... you know that you and Butch are always in my thoughts and prayers....
It saddens me that you even have to feel like to have to "lay low" and not even correspond with your man freely.... Lord knows they have taken so much else away... I am glad you are still able to talk to him on the phone...
I know what it is to live every day in fear and just wonder "what next?" and to search for some kind of understanding of why DOC just can't leave you alone.... And the feeling of powerlessness of watching the one you love take the true brunt of DOC's harassment.... :(
The only thing that keeps me going sometimes is just knowing that somewhere out there is that light at the end of the tunnel... that eventually they have to let him go... and it will all be over and we will be together...

I really do hope that DOC decides to leave you & Butch alone. I agree w/JDs in being sad that you have to feel like you shouldn't write him for a bit. I know that has to hurt, the letters are our life lines!!

You both are going to get through this & also as JDs said they will let Butch go & it will be over. You 2 will be able to be together & live a long, happy life together! Sometimes when I am so down & I think I can't go on, I think about the day EJ is to come home & that he IS coming home & we will be together to share our lives.

You are a very strong & good woman muffin...things are going to work out in the end. It's that word I HATE...patience in waiting for it to happen because it's not happening as quickly as we want it to.

Hang in there...you & Butch are always in my thoughts!

The DOC is stupid, stupid, stupid!! Writing him up for exercising, was that the worst thing they could find that he did? It's as stupid as the MDOC just giving my husband a minor ticket for having a 'messy' cell; and then they gave him 3 days LOP for punishment. With LOP they take your TV, radio, etc. so you just have to sit there with nothing at all.

YES, THIS IS THE STRONGEST THING THEY CAN WRITE HIM UP FOR.... BUT, THEY ARE AFTER ANOTHER THING... THEY WANT HIM TO BREAK AND DO SOMETHING MAJOR, LIKE HURTING A GUARD OR AN EMPLOYEE SO THEY CAN TACK MORE TIME ON HIS SENTENCE.... IF THEY DO THAT, HIS SENTENCE WILL BE LIFE.

MY SON IS A VERY STRONG MAN, BUT HE IS ALSO HUMAN.... HE IS ABLE TO DEAL WITH THIS THING RIGHT NOW, BUT IF THIS SORT OF STUFF KEEPS HAPPENING, I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT HEMIGHT DO... I KNOW HOW I FEEL.... I REALLY WANT TO PLAY MAW BARKER JUST ONE TIME INMY LIFE.

Yes that is what they are trying to do to my husband too, break him because our situation is very similar to love muffin & Butch's. Hell hath no fury like the DOC in situations like that; it is the ultimate sin according to them. They are so incredibly evil!!!!

Thanks jdswifey, DJ, Aprilcat, Isadora and everyone I haven't mentioned for your concern. Butch is doing okay now, it's just sad that we have to play these games.

Aprilcat, I did write Mr. Rosen at Chapel Hill, so we will see what he has to say, if he replys. I surely hope so.
