What will the DOC do if the thermals are not white? Will they let him keep them or not?

The first set I sent weren't stark white...but rather a little off white. You know...the basic thermal color. He got them with no problem. The last ones I sent (tops only) were stark white...and a much better quality. I bought those at FootLocker. He really liked those best.
