Are the guys allowed to receive blank greeting cards, stationery and envelopes? I want him to have stuff he can use.

I can't send my son anything like that, he is at Fort Lewis RCF in Washington State, they are very strict about what we can and cannot send. But we can not send any blank cards I sent a book of stamps once and they made my son tear them up, only letters and pictures.

Our rules even go as far as to state that the writing inside greeting cards we send must be written in ink. They want the inmates to purchase their stuff off of store.

As a general rule, no, you can't send "blank stuff." You can, however, order stamps for him through USPS and they will deliver them to him. Most of the other things he would need are available through the facility. There is a rule that you have to write in INK?? <sigh>
