i sent my boyfriend stamps and envelopes about 2 weeks ago to lancaster (where he is now) he hasnt got them yet, but he is expected to leave to norco any day now, so if he doesnt get them while in lancaster, will they be forwarded to norco? are they allowed there?

Where ever he goes, his mail goes... It might take it a little longer, due to him leaving the facility completely so they reroute his mail to his new facility.. it should take an extra 2 weeks for his mail to be completely fowarded. That is a guestimate.. With the system it could take longer...
