I'm going to see my hubby tomorrow for the first time in 6 months. I'm so nervous, I already have butterflies in my stomach. Plus he was transferred to a new facility and I hate going to a facility for the first time. Just wanted to vent a little. Thanks for letting me.

I know a little how you feel. I nearly fainted when I went to see Craig, I was so nervous! But as soon as I saw him, all the anxiousness went away. Have fun! CWQ

Gosh... six months ??? I thought I was pitty :-) I couldn't visit my man for five weeks... but next week I can finally visit him. Yes, I know how you feel - my heart beats like crazy ! I'm almost 16 again :-)

I am going Sunday to see my man - the first time I saw him in 4 months was 3 weeks ago but he has since been moved so this is a new facility for me too. All the hassle will be worth spending time with him.

Well I'm back and the visit went great. This was definitely a different facility than any other I've ever been to. It was right in the middle of the city of Auburn, on the sidewalk, like it was a regular government building. Every other NY maximum facility I've been to is off in the middle of nowhere on lots of land but I tell you this place wasn't bad. The vending machines were overpriced but I guess that's because they're in a city. It took me 5 1/2 hours going but only 4 1/2 coming back. I'm exhausted but I just wanted to tell everyone thanks and let you guys know it was great!
