My brother is at USP Hazelton. They have been on lockdown since August 31st. They are still on lockdown until further notice. This is public information and the prison is not releasing the reason as to why they are locked down. Does anyone have any suggestions?

There was an inmate killing there. Not good. Lockdowns have been strong.
