Hey Girl!
Wal-Mart or Target may also have some of the clothing items. I know last year I couldn't find a pair of white gloves...was able to find a pair of "beigey/off white" pair. I sent them just to see...and, they let him keep them.

You might check with some of the sporting good stores in your area (or online) for the sweats. I have found some really nice thermal tops at Foot Locker. I FINALLY found white gloves at a local tractor supply store. Still haven't found a white 'boggin yet...but I'm sure somewhere online I can order one. Who would've ever thought finding simple items in white would be so hard?

OK, I went to Walgreens & Walmart. Found white gloves at walmart (in the mens section where the work gloves are. No sweats anywhere or thermals. I guess I will begin searching online tonight. If anyone has any luck keep me informed. Thanks.

Ok, here are a few websites you can find stuff.
Boggin and white sweatshirts www.namebrandapparel.com
white thermals www.target.com

I hope this will help some. These have been the hardest things to find. Walmart has white gloves in the mens work clothing section.

I can't figure for the life of me WHY they can't change this WHITE color to like the KAKHI color they had in Mississippi, our inmates appeared much neater and the uniforms was clean looking not the dingy yellow (white) we are so used of seeing. They used the BOB BARKER LLC company and it was a refeshing site to see them in the kakhis. They don't look so washed out and it adds a little color to their skin. The prison whites here are not neat and make the inmates look sickly because most have pale skin and the attire are in bad need of repair with tears and buttons missing. I'm sure they could at least get some clothing in the kakhi color and it seemed to boost their morale on visiting day because they looked neat for their family visits. I've had my grandson ask me why does my Dad have to wear yellow? Come on lets try to get this changed so they feel better about them selves and who can we write to get this done? I know the budget is tight but It definitely helps with their attitude and they have a little pride still left.

I had much rather see him in Khaki than this awful white. And yes they are terrible.

Steph...Try Dollar General/Freds/General Dollar stores! That's where I got white sweats for my daughter...I dont know where you live but Birmingham and Pell City has several Big Saver Thrifts stores with great prices and lots of good looking clothes..You might even find that elusive white Toboggan. Not to mention the thermal underwear and don't forget Salvation Army(cheap) or the Goodwill(a little higher) and Jimmy Hale Misson store in Pinson! Having traveled down your road and using these places it is hard for me to spend $10 on 1 pair of jeans when I know I can get 3 pairs in just a good shape for the same amount of money! Back then it gave me the extra cash to put $ on her books and pay for the collect calls. And trust me I have seen plenty of better dressed women in Cadillacs and Volvos parked in those parking lots shopping away...LOL

Let me know if this helps!!

I love going to the local Goodwill store! I was in search of the infamous "white" toboggan over the weekend & stopped in the GW store looking there (no luck). My guy called while I was in there. He said why are you at the GW store & kind of laughed. It rubbed me the wrong way & I let him know about it. First of all...I frequent the GW store alot (even though I'm financially able to shop anywhere). Second of all....I'm trying desperately to find something HE needs! I know he probably didn't really mean anything by it (that's not typical behavior for him)...but it did hurt my feelings a little. He just might NOT be getting that toboggan after all!
