My husband is in for habitual violator. He's been in the state system for 8mos. Two months ago he was jumped by to Musilms in their dorm. They broke his arm, ribs, nose and busted his ear drum. He was taken to medical where he was asked to snitch on who did this to him. He refused and wouldn't sign some kind of statement.. My husband is still in Protective custody because he won't sign the statement. They say it's for his own good. He's denied classes, alcohol and drug counseling and he wasn't able to take his GED.Will they move him to another prison? Or, keep him in solitary confienment until he hears from the Parole Board w/ his TPM? Which could be another 2 to 3 months.What's next?
