Hey, my fiance goes up for parole next month, he sent me a letter tonight saying that he dont know if he will be able to parole until after he finishes up this class. My question is where or who do I talk to about halfway houses here in Tennesse? Also, how can I get him parolled to TN without us being married? Couldn't we get married before he gets out? Then could he be parolled up to TN? I need to know so that way I can figure out if I should move there to be with him or what. Please someone help me out if possible. I would appreciate it alot. :)

im not sure about that i know you should be able to get him released into tn or get him released then put in a request to get it moved to tn. i know probation takes about 2 weeks to get moved from county to county and it relativly easy. So i think you should be able to do that, You can contact the adoc they have a website. It is easier to get to it by going through google and putting in alabama department of corrections and it will send you to it. There is some names and numbers and email to some people who will know, best of luck to you and yours!
