I just got back from my *fay-vor-rite nothing over a dollar can food store with a 72 hr, nothing over 25 cents sale.

Two LARGE carts taking an 1/2 hour to bag and $47.00 later I have a truck load, of stuff like 20 boxes of cold cereal, stuff like *GORE-MAY *mare-a-nade :D veggies, stuffed green olives, imported veggies and stuff I would NEVER buy in a regular store......to dang costly, along with canned fruits and soups and and, I'll havta look, forgot already. :p

What a haul!!!!! :fb: :fb:

Many years ago, I went hungry for some months and I promised myself, that would never happen again! I've had a well stocked pantry (6'x8'), now there stuff on the floor (over kill I know).

While I was stuffing them carts, the thought came to mind, (in the *GORE-MAY secton), what would $500.00 do for those gal's at PTO that are having a hard time making ends meet? I think now of 10 times, (20 LARGE carts), filled as mine were. Was my truck big enough? I'm not well off, but how "UNFAIR", since I DON'T have that problem, nor kids to support!

Oh yes, I tranferred that motor home into my name this morning, so it looks like a GO for March too Texas.
