hey i was just thinking, well my friends got me thinking. My guy is well getting serious about getting married, and well my friend reminded me, he has always said that he wasn't the marring type, but now that he's locked up and been there alil over 2 years he wants to. I know his ex the reason they split is because he wouldn't commit-commit.I was his friend first and the short while i knew him free like 6 or so months he went through 4 girls. Then got locked back up and back out for 2 months and he went through another 2 or so, then now he is all about a family and getting married and i was so excited i didn't think back, we lost contact for a lil over a year, between then and when we started back talking, i broke up with my then boyfriend for him, because i have loved him it sounds silly but literally the first time i layed eyes on him i and saw his big blue eyes i fell inlove,but anyways could he be serious and changed that much, and wants it or is it something that, he thinks he wants it and when he gets out my hearts broken and i sit and wait for 4 years or is it he is just joking pulling me along so he will have visits and letters and not be lonely?

Hhhmmm.....that's a tough one!! Your friend raises a valid point, though! Definitely something for you to ponder over! If it were ME...I'd be a little suspicious! Especially, considering his track record with relationships and commitment. OF COURSE, NOW, people change!! We all know that!! Again, if it were ME...I'd wait until he was home and adjusted to being there before I made married. You've got alot to think about!! GOOD LUCK!!

yes i do. i couldn't hold it in anymore and i asked him, he said that he changed and he isn't getting any younger and he has wanted to date me for the longest (i knew we talked about it before but somethings happened) and the only reason he didn't is because he felt that we were going to make it and he was a commitmentphobe but it is time for him to get serious with life still i told him we'd wait and see. and that the wedding would def. be put off till '09 to give him time to adjust and me the same. he isn't so happy but i do love him
