I was wondering if someone or sombody's can tell me what its like at Lancaster for level 4's. You know everything from visiting...does it get over-crowded and do they terminale visits for this? How's the program? On lockdown alot? Phone calls? And mail? Is there long delays?
My husband may be transferring so I want to get the skinny if I can.

Not sure how it is for level 4's (mine was a 3) but visiting gets full and they do terminate. If you want to get in early you get their usually the night before and you park in a line that lines up around the prison. You will park on W. Ave J. At 8:25 you start driving around the corner then at 8:30 you start driving on prison grounds. Have windows rolled down, trunk open because they look. Have license out.

When he was there programming wasn;t happening, lockdowns not to often, only ones were two murders that happened, mail was taking almost a month, phone calls were everyday but then he had a job so i am not sure if it was based on the fact he had a job.
