I am hoping someone on here will be able to provide me with a little more info. on the Arkansas appeals process... my specific question right now is what are "vote sheets" and what role exactly do they play in the appeals process? :confused: I have tried to look it up on-line but can't really seem to find the info. I am looking for. In my mind, I am guessing that "vote sheets" being handed out means that we will probably have a verdict very soon on whether or not my sweetheart is going to have to go to prison or not. :shake: I am trying very hard to hope for the best and brace my self for the worst at the same time... NOT an easy thing to do at all! :( Can anyone please provide me with more info. on "vote sheets?" :confused: At what point in the appeals process do they come in, how soon do the results normally come back, etc., etc., ?????? :confused:

Yes, he has been convicted and is appealing it.

Well all I know to say is hang in there.The wait always seem to be to long.And regardless of the out come,you keep standin' by your man !!!! I hope you get some good news soon.Kitty

My man lost his appeal and will be going away on vacation for about -8 mos. here in the next week or so. :(

Hey girl! I'm sorry to hear your man is going to be doing 8 months. It will be over before you know it. It will seems like a long process until it's over and you can look back at it. My man had to do a year. He will be home in a week. It was hard, but worth everyday of it. Keep your head up, and we are all hear if you need us. Hang in there!!!!
