Hey everyone! How are you guys doing? I have been better. I just feel like I am going nuts withuot my soul mate here. This is one of those hard days. M y man has been locked up for a little over 7 months and still has 2 and a half years to go. If anyone feels like talking messge me or something!!!! Thank you all!!:cuffs:
I know what its like missing your man. Mine is also at ICC and will be there for longer then I would like. We first met when he was out on parole, but never dated. After he went back he got talking with a friend of mine that was there and thats when they both discovered they each knew me. He started writing and things went from there. Now we are engaged and I have a long road ahead of me, but as long as he's at the end I know I will get there. PTO has really helped me get through my bad days. I can relate to alot of what you have said in many ways. Best of luck.....

Thank you for your support!! I really appreciate it. How much longer does he have? My man has 2 and a half years left.:( Actually he has a chance for parole in that time. He has a little more than nine years left all together.
It all depends on how you look at it. At his revoktion hearing they told him to top out his time. That would be 2011. We have recently got them to give him a hearing, but thats not till 2008. As long as we keep working on the board then they will keep moving his hearing up. We have the counslers at ICC going to bat for us. Is that 2 and 1/2 years his max or is that when he is elig. for parole?
how long has he been at ICC?

That is when he is eligible for parole. March 2006. Since he is a non-violent offender he has a good chance. He has only been at ICC for a month or so. He was in Canyon county for 6 months before that.

How long has your man been locked up for? What is he in for?
My man was locked up for about 10 years and then out on parole for about 9 months. Thats when I met him. His charge was robbery then he went back on a possesion charge.

Hi..
My hubby is also at ICC Unit C He was just sentenced June 2 '03 ... This is his 1st offense, he's never been in trouble(just was lucky) and they gave him a straight 3 Fixed no probation. We've heard from other people how lucky he is.
We've been together for 12 yrs married 8 this past Aug 20th and have 2 teenagers a son 14, a daughter 17 Let the FUN begin now.. These ignorant prosecuters have no concept of how many people are really being punished. My husband said the family suffers much more because we have to try not losing everything, keeping food on the table getting help from friends/family while they do nothing but watch TV (for the most part) Sorry, I am just scared, and very sad and lonely tonight..
Thankyou for allowing me to vent..will be better next time

my fiance is in ICC also. he has been in there for about 6 months and is elligible for parole in jan 12, 2011. he got 3 years fixed.. with 15 over his head. he got 6 months credit for time served in twin falls county so i guess thats a plus. hopefully since he hasnt gotten in trouble and is keeping his head straight he will get parole in 2 years

My fiance is in ICC also trying to get transferred to SICI- CWC. He is 2 years past his fixed time & going to try to self ensh in 4/2009. If he is turned down he is eligible for parole in april 2010.....It seems like all we do is hurry up & wait.
