I am reporting to Fairton, NJ Camp. I am wheelchair bound with secondary progressive MS. Should I have requested a medical facility? My defense attorney said that medical facilities were higher security, but I wonder about getting around at a camp. Does anybody have any input? I'm a newbie.

I would have recommended a medical facility. However, your attorney is right, at least in part. Medical facilities house all levels of inmates, so, they look at all inmates the same, high security. That does not mean that your time there would have been miseralbe.
As for the Fairton camp, I believe that you'll be fine there as well. You should be able to get around without too much trouble. The only concern that I would have is on snow days? What then? How quickly are the pathways cleared? I don't know.
But on the whole, you should be ok.
Take a copy of your medical records with you, it can't hurt.
Good luck
