Hi all,

I am back.

The wedding was beautiful. On the Mindli beach sunset could not ask for more.

We all had a great time in Darwin. Having all the family together was great.
Coming home to VIC was a cold surprise - was not ready for the cold. I am glad this week is nice.

Hubby was so happy to see us when we were back. Hubby is doing well, he is moving back to the cottages and has changed his job now he is in the garden.

How is everyone else going??

Am here and am fine.. other than the fact I had a nose bleed this morning. All I did was blow my nose and then it was bleeding :S

Lauren, I hate nose bleeds. Luckily I don't get them very often.

Well I am here.
I went for a job interview this morning and they called me to ask me to go back in for another interview tomorrow. :)

That's wonderful news Lauren!!! I wish you all the best and have all fingers and toes crossed that you get this job!!! Keep us updated on how you go. By the way how is your brother going??

I got the job, I have an orientation day on Tuesday. Am still so nervous.
I impressed the interviewer so much that he personally wants to train me, which is basically unheard of normally. So yeah.

My brother is ok, he has gotten back to having a really crappy attitude. He just finished a two week drug and alcohol course, so now it's time for him to go get a job.

Congrats Lauren!!! That is fantastic!!! You should be so proud of yourself!!! And gee's you must have done well in the interview for the guy to want to train you himself!!!

I hope that your brother ends this attitude. It is not going to help him that is for sure. Lets hope that he gets a job and maybe with a new job, there will be a new attitude!!! :)

Lauren...congratulations on your new job. Good for you, and you really must have made a big impression on your new boss!!

Am feeling weird about the job, as it is only commision based, and it means I will be basically on my feet for 9 hours per day walking and so on.. and am not sure how my back will react. But I will give it a go and see.

I wish you all the best. I don't think that I could do a walking job, but I am sure that you will be great!!! :)

Hey Lauren how is the new job going - Congrats.

I quit the job already.. I ended up with blisters all over my feet and then I came down with a chest infection.. So it didn't work out too well.. Doesn't bother me though, as I can now see what a cr@p job it would be in the summer (8 hours of walking per day, not allowed to wear joggers either) Life goes on though. Hehe. Hope you are all having a good week.

Yeah that job does not sound like fun at all.

My week has seen better but not much I can do about it. Hope everyone else is going well.
