Hi there!
I was curious as to if I'm able to rent a car in Mexico - particularly in Cozumel - with me being a convicted DUI /DWAI offender in the U.S. I was convicted in 1999. Finally now have my driver's license, no tickets since the DUI's, and I don't even have to carry a SR22 anymore!:thumbsup:
