I just got a mail from my hubby, and his counselor told him that his name is on the list to be transferred out of state? I thought that they have already passed thru the courts that it is illegal to transfer inmates out of state?if it is...why did his counselor tell him he's on the list to be transferred out of state?if anyone has any kind of info please inform...thankx:confused: lydia:confused:
