Can somebody give me as much 411 on DVI Tracy? My good friend is there and I just have no idea what to do. I filled out a form and stuff and sent it to him. Now what? how is the visiting? how long is the wait? I read stuff about the riot that they had there. Kinda worried about him. Can anybody else give me more 411 on that place? I read all the stuff posted on here about DVI so I have some idea but more information would be nice. Thanks! :confused:
