:D So remember by my last post that the soon to be ex husband was getting out in one week and I was all upset about it! Well, he got out Aug. 2nd and he signed his parole condition to stay away from me and my son. Not to mention there is a 3 year restraining order! Stupid ass calls me hours after he saw his PO, thinking I would fall right back into the same pattern and let him come over with no one knowing. Well, he could tell right away by the tone in my voice that I wasn't havin' it and I still meant business and he hung up. I reported it to the PO right away, on the 3rd they picked him up and I'm sure he'll fight it in Chino, CA-where they take violators. But this means I will have to go to board and speak my part. Surely they won't listen to his lies, they have to know he will lie about it, right? He assault me, tried to abduct my child and has been on parole forever and a major drug addict. The whole system knows him by first name basis. It's bullshit. So, seems this crap will never end. Wish I could leave the state or county, but not that easy. Costs too much to move. Anyway, so that's what happened, pretty funny hu? I didn't think they would lock him up just by me saying he called from a payphone. He'll probably beat it, but it takes a few months to fight these cases. We'll see.:thumbsup:

Good for you but keep your guard up if and when he gets out. They don't think rules apply to them. As you put it some of them are real stupid. My stbx left messages on my phone during his restraining order and I put them on tape. How stupid can you get.

YEA!!!! I am happy you don't have to worry about him for awhile longer and if he is smart he will understand you will do it to him again. I am soooo proud of you! Don't put up with it ever. If my ex ever tries to see or call me I will speed dial whoever I have too, I hate him with all my heart, sokie
