I know a lot of us are pinching our pennies right now but I thought it would be fun to either plan for the future or reminice on the past. This could also be a way to inform others of fun places that they've been to we can plot and plan a day trip for just us and the kids, or a big two week cruise. What do you think?

I have a few favorite places that I have been lucky enough to visit. I live in the Northeast and one of my favorite places is Portland, Maine. Actually the picture is of a lighthouse just outside of Portland that I took 2 summers ago. My husband and I went to California for our honeymoon and we stayed at a couple of the 7 Sisters Inns that were to die for.
